As an CVOR Nurse (RN), you will:

* Assist cardiovascular surgeons during operative procedures

* Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the operating room

* Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery

* Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety

* Manage surgical instruments and supplies efficiently

* Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care and education

* Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately

A few must-haves for OR Nurses:

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed with in the state of Indiana

* 2 years of recent and related experience, as required by facility

* Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team

* Must be able to remain calm under pressure

* Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly

* Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility
