We are searching for a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a busy Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Fishers, IN. This position offers:

Typical duties of a pediatric certified occupational therapist assistant include helping children gain independence, promoting development of fine motor skills, sensory motor skills, and visual motor skills needed to function at the highest possible level. Much of the pediatric outpatient occupational therapy is focused on developmental skills including feeding, handwriting, and object manipulation. The pediatric certified occupational therapist assistant will coordinate and work on a multidisciplinary team as well as with family members.

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state license/certification
• Current registration with the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
• Prefer minimum three to five (3‑5) years experience in pediatric rehabilitation
• New grads welcome to apply
• Experience with feeding and sensory integration therapies
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Competency in applying the principles, methods, materials, and equipment used in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
