• Conduct patient assessments to determine physical condition, limitations, and personal goals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current PT licensure in the state of Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with advanced skills in orthopedic, neurologic, or balance therapy highly preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in patient care and a strong commitment to clinical quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
