- Float to care facilities in the Indianapolis‑area assisting the provider with the plan of care and organizing daily visits to patients with changes in acuity.
- Assist with indirect patient care ordering, transcription, documentation, and help reinforce patient and family education.
- Collaborate with other team members to perform other unit services as directed.
- Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or graduate from a non‑accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
