Join a locally owned Great Clips salon, the world’s largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS. As a Hair Stylist, you’ll provide high‑quality haircuts and related services to a diverse range of guests in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:- Performing haircut and clipper services for men, women, and children, delivering consistent Great Clips brand service, and providing friendly, professional consultations.
- You maintain a clean, organized station, support overall salon cleanliness, and contribute to a positive, fun salon culture.
- You participate in ongoing technical training and team meetings to continually grow your skills.
current cosmetology and/or barber license (state requirement), strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy walk‑in salon. New and experienced stylists are welcome.
We offer guaranteed hourly pay plus tips, a built‑in customer base (no clientele needed), flexible full‑time and part‑time schedules, paid training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
