As a Manager in Training you will be a trusted advisor to our members, as well as a reliable leader in our organization.

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities consist of:

  • Learning different principles of management
  • Understanding branch operations, member products and services, networking, and sales
  • Accurately and efficiently assisting members with transactions
  • Problem solving and member account maintenance
  • Recommending credit union products and services
  • Assisting the Branch Manager on a daily basis
  • Compiling and maintaining branch statistics
  • Performing loan interviewer duties
  • Meeting individual monthly goals
  • Addressing member and/or employee concerns

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Preferred Degree in Business Related Field
  • Prior Financial Institution Knowledge

  • Strong Interpersonal and Networking Skills
