This is a full-time, on-site position located in Fishers, IN, for an Assistant Accounting Manager. The role involves supporting the financial operations of the organization, assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, performing accounting tasks such as journal entries and fixed assets management, and contributing to financial planning and reporting. The Assistant Accounting Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial processes and reporting methods.

• Experience in Financial Statement preparation and analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting) and managing Fixed Assets
• Background in Finance, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or progress towards obtaining it is a plus
