Position: School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Fishers, Indiana
A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to support a homebound student participating in virtual learning. This contract position, located in Fishers, IN, involves working on-site in the student's home while they engage in online education, with parent and paraprofessional assistance available for additional support.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the student's vital signs and overall health status, assisting with toileting needs, administering medications as required, and managing other minor medical care tasks to ensure the student's well-being during virtual classes. The RN will work closely with the instructional assistant, parent, and para educator to help maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Details of the role:

• Provide nursing care and health monitoring for a homebound student during virtual learning sessions
• Collaborate with parent and paraprofessional support staff on site
• Administer medications and assist with toileting and other personal care needs as necessary
• Maintain accurate health records and communicate any concerns promptly
• Work 2 hours per day, 5 days per week

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
