Assistant Teacher for One-Year-Olds - No Previous Experience - 21+

We are looking for preschool assistant teachers (part‑time and full‑time) to join our team today. • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (preferred).
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, о faculty.
• Works productively without supervision.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively toward common goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an outstanding ability to listen, follow up on issues constructively.
• Can calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi‑tasking to ensure smooth operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in the handling of children, and for infant/young‑toddler teachers, lift infants into and out of a crib.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
