Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in ground‑up commercial construction and healthcare renovations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $50M or more. This position is suitable for a current Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager II looking to advance to a senior level role. Our company is experiencing continued growth and operates in a variety of sectors including commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, and senior living.

• Collaborate with the Project Executive to establish contracts, purchase orders, required testing and inspections, submittals and samples, subcontractor and supplier lists, and project schedules.
• Work closely with the Estimator on the project budget and scope, identifying potential challenges such as critical items and special hazards.
• Execute owner contracts as necessary.
• Verify all quantities with the Estimator.
• Review returned subcontracts prior to signing for clarity and completeness.
• Conduct thorough reviews with the Field Superintendent regarding plans and specifications, including layout and dimensions, subcontractor and supplier scopes, project schedules, and more.

• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Building Construction.
• Proficiency in construction management technology such as Sage, Pro Core, OnScreen Takeoff, Smart Sheets, Blue Beam, and Smart Bid.
• A strong commitment to safety at all project sites.
