Procurement Sourcing Analyst

Role Description

The Sourcing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Procurement team through data-driven insights, market research, and supplier performance analysis. This role will help identify cost savings, improve supplier partnerships, and ensure alignment with corporate sustainability and compliance goals.

• Spend and Data Analysis
  • Collect, clean, and analyze spend data to identify cost savings opportunities and sourcing efficiencies
  • Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools
• Supplier Research and Benchmarking
  • Conduct market intelligence, track commodity price movements, and benchmark supplier costs
  • Support supplier due diligence, capability assessments, and sustainability initiatives
• Sourcing Process Support
  • Assist in preparing Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Analyze bids and summarize results for category managers
  • Support contract negotiations with financial and operational analysis
• Supplier Relationship Management
  • Track KPI’s (on-time delivery, quality, cost, and sustainability metrics)
  • Drive supplier performance improvement and compliance with company standards
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Operations and Legal teams to support category strategies
  • Provide data and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
• One (1) year of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Familiarity with ERP/P2P systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power
  
  BI and other data visualization tools.
