Through the Wonderful Career Center (WCC) we are offering a free Technical Opportunity Training Program (TOP) where graduates can use their certificates of completion to help launch their careers into potentially higher‑paying roles with companies like the Wonderful Business Units and our Wonderful Logistics Center Partners. However, we cannot promise that the program will lead to employment. *

Job Description

Discover the benefits of earning while you learn! The Technical Opportunity Program (TOP) is a free two‑week training program that equips students with the skills and knowledge needed for high‑paying roles through technical training. You'll gain practical experience in electrical and mechanical skills through a mix of lectures, videos, and hands‑on lab activities. Plus, you'll be paid while in training, starting at $18.75 an hour.

After completing the TOP program, Trainees will be considered for full‑time positions at Wonderful Orchards.
