Workforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• WFS Development:
  Design, develop, and customize ADP Workforce Software (WFS) applications using the specific language and framework provided by the WFS platform.
• SQL
  
  Skills:
  
  Utilize SQL to manage and manipulate data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data used within WFS applications.
• Integration:
  Work on integrating WFS with other business systems and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Collaboration:
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business units to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify, debug, and resolve issues related to WFS applications and integrations to maintain optimal functionality.
• Documentation:
  Document developed solutions, integration processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.

• SQL:
  Solid experience with SQL for querying, managing, and manipulating data within business applications.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Collaboration:
  
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various t
  eams.

• Experience with ADP:
  Previous experience working with ADP Workforce Software and its customization options.
• Additional
  
  Skills:
  
  Knowledge of other development tools or platforms related to HR software development is a plus.

  Familiarity with integrating WFS with other enterprise systems and databases.

ADP Certifications (preferred but not required).
