Overview
Job Title: Maintenance Shop Foreman
Location: Findlay, OH (Service Center)
Employment: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts
Salary: $79,000 - $91,000 yearly
Benefits: Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Maintenance Shop Foreman at our Findlay, OH service center.
Responsibilities- Perform the preventative and day-to-day maintenance and repair on heavy-duty tractors and forklifts.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties.
- Handle repairs and major repairs on trucks and forklifts.
- Utilize truck, forklift and dry van trailer experience as required.
- Experience with air brakes, clutches, electrical repairs, PMs, lift-gates, overhead door repair, etc.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of tractor/trailers (air brakes, clutches, diesel engines, lights and electrical repairs).
- Mechanic experience is a plus.
- Manager experience is a plus.
- Must have own tools.
