Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and contributing to our company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain complex machinery during designated shifts, adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and meet production goals.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.

    • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a machine operating or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Valid driver's license (not required but preferred).
