Overview

Welcome to Flyin Brian Pizza, LCC doing business as Domino's. Locally owned and operating stores in the Hancock County, OH area. With a long history of franchising successes, this location is part of the top 2% of Domino's franchises.

The role is a full‑time, salaried position with potential earnings of $70,000 to $100,000 annually. You will manage up to six store locations, overseeing people, operations, sales, and profits.

We are looking for future area managers who want to lead and grow. The position requires a natural leader with excellent judgment, the ability to multitask, and strong math skills.

The day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
leading by example to ensure team adherence to policy, managing store openings and closings, maintaining training and safety standards, and driving profitability across all locations.

• Lead and manage 3 to 6 store locations.
• Ensure team safety, training, culture, and compliance.
• Oversee daily operations, sales, and profit goals.
• Mentor store managers through promotion structures.

• Great positive attitude
• High energy
• 2+ years of multi‑management experience
• Prior experience with Domino's or multi‑store operations
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook and email services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Must reside near store location
