As a maintenance generalist, you have the opportunity to live our core values every day by helping our patients in all walks of life, providing high quality care, working with an excellent team, being a trusted resource for our patients and team members, and having an impact in the community through our engagement and volunteer efforts. In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall and general maintenance of the facility and grounds.

This includes construction projects, painting, and general maintenance.

• You are required to comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations and policies.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the building's physical structure, equipment, and systems (including minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues).
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
• Conduct minor repairs such as patching drywall, painting walls, repairing doors and fixtures, and replacing light bulbs/ballasts.
• Maintain grounds, including trimming trees, snow removal, and general cleanup of exterior areas.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and report when stock is low.
• Assist with moving furniture, setting up event spaces, and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repair work performed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of standard safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
• Ability to recognize problems and recommend solutions.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and vendors.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• General computer skills to include Microsoft office programs, energy management building systems and intellimeter management systems.
• Skill in using various hand tools.
• Skill in manual and finger dexterity.
• Skill in making spatial measurements.
• Skill in reading blueprints and diagrams.
• Ability to lift up 75 lbs repeatedly
