Senior Platforms Engineer

Findlay, OH (Additional locations: Denver, CO; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX)

Direct Hire

• Deep expertise in Active Directory and Windows engineering (forests, trusts, replication, GPOs, enterprise‑scale design)
• Strong identity and security background including IGA, PAM, least privilege, and privileged account governance
• Advanced automation and scripting skills (Power Shell required; Python/Bash preferred) with SCCM/MECM/Intune/MDM experience
• Linux administration experience with identity integration (LDAP, Kerberos) in mixed environments
• Security and compliance experience including Bit Locker, PKI, OS hardening, and regulated/critical infrastructure environments

• Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of mission‑critical Windows and Linux platforms within OT environments
• Architect and deploy enterprise Active Directory and Linux directory services, including forests, trusts, replication, and identity integrations
• Develop and enforce IAM strategies, including IGA and PAM solutions
• Drive automation of provisioning, configuration, and patching using Power Shell, Bash, Python, and orchestration tools
• Oversee software deployment and configuration management via SCCM, Intune, and Linux‑native tools
• Integrate and secure hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS) in alignment with regulatory and enterprise standards
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement zero‑trust principles and enforce least‑privilege access controls
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement long‑term remediation strategies
• Lead disaster recovery design, backup planning, and high‑availability architecture initiatives
• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct capacity planning, and optimize infrastructure for resilience and scalability
• Produce and maintain architectural documentation, operational procedures, and governance standards
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical advisor within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
