The Opportunity

Emergency Medicine Medical Director - Findlay, Ohio. A 150-bed acute care facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director. This leadership position combines clinical practice with administrative responsibilities and offers a monthly administrative stipend.

The facility is a licensed, 150-bed acute care facility that features a full range of services, including inpatient medical/surgical care, 24-hour emergency care, outpatient surgery, robotic surgery, total joint replacement and diagnostic services.

• Full-time position: 120 hours per month clinical
• Medical Director administrative duties
• 9-10 hour shifts
• EMR:
  Cerner
• Strong nursing staff support
• Lead and collaborate with APCs
• No on-call duties

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• IM/FM with ED experience also considered
• Prior administrative experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to work well with APCs
