The Opportunity
Emergency Medicine Medical Director - Findlay, Ohio. A 150-bed acute care facility is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director. This leadership position combines clinical practice with administrative responsibilities and offers a monthly administrative stipend.
The facility is a licensed, 150-bed acute care facility that features a full range of services, including inpatient medical/surgical care, 24-hour emergency care, outpatient surgery, robotic surgery, total joint replacement and diagnostic services.

- Full-time position: 120 hours per month clinical
- Medical Director administrative duties
- 9-10 hour shifts
- EMR:
Cerner - Strong nursing staff support
- Lead and collaborate with APCs
- No on-call duties
- MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- IM/FM with ED experience also considered
- Prior administrative experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to work well with APCs
