A top-rated independent health system in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a motivated physician to lead 100% outpatient rheumatology care at their state-of-the-art Wellness Park facility. Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or a week-on/week-off lifestyle, this role puts you in control.
The Role:100% outpatient rheumatology no inpatient rounding
Build your schedule: part-time, full-time, or week-on/week-off
Choose your patient mix and age group
Work alongside a high-functioning care team and a full spectrum of specialties
Use Cerner EMR, fully integrated across settings
Access to Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and CME opportunities
Teaching optional engage with medical students and APP trainees
Enjoy real autonomy while shaping clinic operations
No locums or visa sponsorship at this time
$300K base salary (40 hrs/week) + wRVU productivity bonus
Total earning potential up to $500K/year
$50,000 signing bonus
Loan repayment options (paid monthly, quarterly, or annually your choice!)
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
$5,000 annual CME & board certification support
248 hours PTO (vacation, holidays, CME)
