LOCATION: BVHS Wellness Park - the NEW, state-of-the-art healthcare campus in Findlay offers endocrinology/diabetes management, rheumatology, primary care and is adjacent to orthopedics, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, podiatry, occupational/physical/speech therapy, outpatient lab and radiology.
SCHEDULE OPTIONS
1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, optional 4hr Sat)
- Flexible schedule and hours, option of extended morning or evening hours
- 100% outpatient, office VM, average less than one/month
- Ability to choose patient mix, provide input and bring ideas to practice
- 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
- State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term plus wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
- Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)

Qualifications.
- Driven to make a positive difference
- Conviction to provide quality, compassionate care and advocate for patients
- Collegial and positive team member
- Board certified by appropriate specialty board or completed residency or fellowship training within last five years
- Board certification in primary area of practice within five years from the date of completion of residency or fellowship training
- Unrestricted license not subject to any restrictions, conditions or probationary terms
