Position: Rheumatology Outpatient Physician - Mayo Care Network (PT or FT, self-scheduling, choice of patient mix)

LOCATION: BVHS Wellness Park - the NEW, state-of-the-art healthcare campus in Findlay offers endocrinology/diabetes management, rheumatology, primary care and is adjacent to orthopedics, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, podiatry, occupational/physical/speech therapy, outpatient lab and radiology.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

1) Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 4hr, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)

2) Week On/Week Off (7am-7pm Mon-Thurs, 7am-5pm Fri, optional 4hr Sat)

  • Flexible schedule and hours, option of extended morning or evening hours
  • 100% outpatient, office VM, average less than one/month
  • Ability to choose patient mix, provide input and bring ideas to practice
  • 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
  • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
  • Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
  • State-of-the-Art Surgical and Inpatient Facilities and Technology
  • Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term plus wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
  • Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)

Qualifications.

  • Board certified by appropriate specialty board or completed residency or fellowship training within last five years
  • Board certification in primary area of practice within five years from the date of completion of residency or fellowship training
  • Unrestricted license not subject to any restrictions, conditions or probationary terms
