As the on-site leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering commercial and industrial construction projects across Ohio — ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety every step of the way.

Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople

Manage schedules, budgets, and project timelines

Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards

Conduct site inspections and enforce safety regulations

Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to keep everyone aligned

Maintain organized and efficient job sites

Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving smoothly

• ✔ Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar leadership role
• ✔ Knowledge of commercial or industrial construction methods
• ✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• ✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• ✔ Safety-minded and able to enforce best practices on-site
• ✔ Reliable, proactive, and a hands-on problem solver
