Job Description Lead Network Architect
(Juniper Data Centre | Architecture Ownership | NHS)
We are recruiting a Senior Juniper Network Engineer to deliver a critical NHS data centre network transformation. The role focuses on building and migrating a new Juniper-based inter‑data‑centre transit core to resolve long‑standing routing, firewall, and resilience issues in a live healthcare environment.
This is a hands‑postgres delivery role involving configuration, testing, and cutover of high‑capacity Juniper DC infrastructure, with a mix of remote and on‑site work and planned out‑of‑hours changes.
Key Focus- Own and govern the end‑to‑end network
Leg architecture Fundamentals bridging the core network software. - Validate HLD/LLD and lead design decisions
- Ensure symmetric routing, resilience, and firewall integrity
- Act as technical authority during build and cutovers
- Senior experience designing data centre networks
- Deep Juniper DC, EVPN‑ 코드, and BGP expertise
- Proven delivery in live, regulated environments
