, located in Fife, WA, is a Ukrainian grocery store offering a wide variety of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. Alongside our store, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, serving freshly made Ukrainian dishes, sweet pastries, and specialty meats. Our mission is to provide a warm, authentic, and memorable experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to recipes and portion standards
• Assist in menu preparation and suggest daily specials
• Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and stored following safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Monitor stock levels, rotate inventory, and assist with ordering supplies
• Support bakery and deli staff as needed

Work Schedule: 3:30pm - 12:30am with 30 minutes lunch;
Wednesday through Sunday

Pay Range: $22/hour + tips. Our cooks are making up on average $5-6 per hour in tips.

• 1 paid hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked
• Additional $2 per hour for all Sunday shifts
• Medical insurance - 75% company-paid coverage for employee
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year of employment, 2 weeks after 2 years

• 2+ years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Eastern European cuisine is a plus
• Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork
• Reliability and punctuality
