This is a full-time on-site role based in Fife, WA, for a Cleaning Operative. The role involves maintaining cleanliness of designated areas, including general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. The Cleaning Operative will also be responsible for managing cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service while creating a clean and welcoming environment.

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work and familiarity with cleaning best practices.
• Knowledge of safe handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads.
• Reliable transportation to the site in Fife, WA, and flexibility in working shifts, including occasional weekends or evenings.
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory.
