Overview
The Surveillance Technician is responsible for installation and maintenance on surveillance equipment for both of our casino locations. Duties include operating and troubleshooting CCTV systems and periphery equipment to include network switchers, LAN configuration, video encoders, servers and storage arrays, workstations, quads, monitors, cameras and lenses while identifying safety concerns. Handles maintenance of logs and files of all work performed, ensures compliance with Tribal-State Compact and established internal controls and supports the casinos goal of providing superior guest service.
Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Minimum two years experience with installation and maintenance of CCTV systems is required
- Must have working knowledge of periphery equipment to include switchers, LAN configuration, video encoders, servers, storage arrays, work stations, quads, data generators, etc..
- Must be able to understand the implications of Tribal-State Compact
- Must have the willingness to work alone for long periods of time while maintaining a high level of concentration
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Must have good manual dexterity for installation
- Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must be able to work on a ladder or lift
- Must be able to work in confined spaces for long periods of time
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- Our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday availability as business needs dictate.
