• Competitive Compensation – $52,000 – $102,000 annually, based on experience and performance

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Porsche manufacturer standards
• Apply expertise across all major vehicle systems, including:
  • Powertrain (engine & transmission)
  • Suspension & steering
  • High-performance braking systems
  • Electrical and network systems
  • Climate control
• Support junior technicians when needed and contribute to a disciplined, professional shop culture
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional client experience
• Verify every repair meets Porsche expectations for performance, safety, and reliability

• Proven experience as a professional automotive technician
• Porsche or European brand experience strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic accuracy and technical confidence
• Ability to flag time without compromising quality
• Pride in craftsmanship and commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1 year of automotive experience.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have a clean & valid driver s license.
• Porsche Silver or Gold certified preferred
