Position: Machine Operator - 12 hour night shift

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintains an understanding of the different types of raw materials and the appropriate manufacturing location where they should be utilized.
  • Check the quality of products.
  • Examines, measures, and weighs materials or products.
  • Informs the shift supervisor about product quality problems, equipment problems and safety concerns.
  • Any other duties that the Company in its sole discretion may assign as needed.
Skills/Abilities Needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints, preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and multitask.
  • Basic mathematic skills.
  • Team player who is reliable and trustworthy.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
