Salary: £32,000–£35,000

It’s an excellent opportunity for a Quality Inspector who wants to make a real impact on product quality and process improvement.

The Quality Inspector will join a well-established precision engineering team in Ferndown, supporting inspection and quality control for a variety of components and assemblies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each part meets the high standards customers expect, while helping to refine and improve current processes.

• Program and operate CMMs to inspect components
• Use hand tools to take accurate measurements
• Work from technical drawings to check compliance with specifications
• Complete FAIRs and other quality documentation
• Support continuous improvement of inspection methods and workflows
• Flexible working hours, with a choice of a 4 or 5 day week

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Inspector
• Proficiency with CMM programming and operation
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerance measurement
• High attention to detail and methodical approach
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
