Quality Control Engineer Ferndown Are you an experienced Quality Control Engineer with strong CMM skills? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a precision-driven manufacturer where your expertise will ensure products meet exacting standards. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will benefit from:

Night shift premium of 1.45
Night shift hours: Mon Weds (12 hours per shift), Thurs (6 hours) total 42 hours per week (38 standard + 4 OT)
Holiday allowance of 190 hours plus bank/public holidays
Company pension with 6% employer contribution
Possibility of overtime at x1.5 rate once skill level allows

As a Quality Control Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Performing detailed inspections using CMM and other metrology equipment
Monitoring production quality and ensuring compliance with specifications
Investigating and resolving quality issues promptly and effectively
Collaborating with production teams to drive improvements
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on quality performance

As a Quality Control Engineer, your experience will include:

Proven experience in a quality control role within manufacturing
Strong CMM programming and operation skills
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerances
IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and metrology software
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
