• Program and set CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
• Operate live tooling and multi-axis lathes where required
• Inspect and measure components to ensure compliance with drawings
• Work accurately to tight tolerances
• Liaise with quality and other departments to maintain high standards
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain workflow efficiency

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer
• Confident using Fanuc‑controlled lathes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and methodical working approach
• Reliable and able to work independently or within a team
