Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team across a range of development projects. You will be involved from early cost planning stages through to project delivery and final account, working closely with senior commercial and project management professionals.

This role would suit an individual keen to develop their commercial skillset within a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Measurements, drawings and estimation from site

* Supporting Administration under JCT forms

* Attend site visits and meetings

* Assist with project estimates and budgets

* Work on tender documentation

* Monitor project costs

* Maintain accurate records

* Adhere to all health and safety

Skills & Experience

The person:

* Degree qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying.

* Some experience or placement within construction, consultancy or property development is advantageous

* Strong numerical, analytical and IT skills (Excel essential)

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Proactive, organised and eager to learn

* Full UK driving licence required
