Office Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Ferndown | £26,000-£27,000 DOE
Monday to Thursday 07:15am to 16:45pm, 7am to 11:30am Friday
We are recruiting an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a small, friendly business in Ferndown on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
Key Responsibilities- General office administration, filing and document management
- Managing emails, calls and day-to-day enquiries
- Preparing paperwork, reports and basic correspondence
- Supporting the MD with scheduling, diary management and organisation
- Processing orders, updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with customers and suppliers in a professional manner
- Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks to support the wider business
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Word, Excel and general office systems
- Able to prioritise tasks and work independently
