• Lead and supervise a team of craftsmen in various home improvement projects.
• Perform high‑quality repairs, installations, and renovations across multiple trades.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Train and mentor junior craftsmen to enhance their skills and performance.
• Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

• Proven experience in home repair and remodeling, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in trades are a plus.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn‑key, white‑glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
