Landscape | Hardscape Installer

North County Landscape Co. has a rare opportunity for the right person in the position of Landscape Construction Installer. To be successful in this job, you must: enjoy working outside year-round, have an insurable driving record and have an eye for detail. You must work well on a close-knit team and be able to follow directions from the Crew Leader/Supervisor. The successful candidate will fit into our five-star values culture.

Landscaping Installers are part of a two—to three-member team that works outside year-round, installing paver patios, retaining walls, planting beds, irrigation, drainage, and more!

• Follow directions as givenby your Crew Leader & Project Supervisor.
• Usethe appropriate tools & equipment for each task safely and as specified.
• Assist with daily loading, unloading, and checklists oftrucks, trailers, and equipment.

• Must be able to lift 60 lbs consistently throughout the day as the project requires.
• Must be able to bend and squat frequently throughout the day.
• Work for 10 or more hours per day in potentially adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to ask questions and communicate understanding.
• Desire to learn the trade of landscaping.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
• Valid WA State driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Landscaping, hardscaping and or irrigation experience.

• Competitive pay scale $22.00 to $26.00 based on experience
• Four-day work week and lots of overtime during the high season.
