Sales Support Specialist

This full-time, on-site role is based in Ferndale WA, where the Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. Responsibilities include managing sales orders, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also assist in creating sales reports, monitoring inventory levels, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a seamless sales process.

• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve independently
• Customer service experience and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales support, order management, or administrative roles in supply chain or commerce sectors is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
