** Entry-Level Packing Workers
** to support their Packaging Department. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where safety, quality, and collaboration are top priorities.

** Production Associate

** Ferndale, WA

** Pay:**  $19/hour (paid weekly)

* Schedule:

* +  
** Swing Shift** :
Monday-Saturday (temporary schedule; will return to Monday-Friday in a few months)

+ Choose from:

+ 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (or later with overtime) or 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

*
* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Unload pork bellies and other proteins from smoked racks for processing

+ Assemble and break down boxes for packaging and recycling

+ Assist with labeling and inserting materials into product packaging

+ Palletize finished products according to specifications

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)

* What We're Looking For:

* + Ability to follow verbal instructions and work well with others

+ Willingness to learn and take on various tasks

+ Strong attention to detail to meet product standards

+ Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE

+ Dependable and hardworking in a fast-paced setting
