• Operate a ready‑mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation

• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries

• Adjust driving and delivery approach based on jobsite conditions and safety requirements

• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability

• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and confidently

• Commitment to following safety procedures and promoting a safe work environment

• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused mindset

• Capability to work effectively in variable outdoor conditions and changing jobsite demands

• Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in daily tasks

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• $36.30 to $36.30 per hour
