• $28.00 – $36.00 hourly
• Training travel stipend: $50/day during training period
• Comprehensive benefits package after 3‑month probation
• Retention bonuses: $500 after 3 months, $1,500 after 9 months

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production workflow to meet deadlines
• Monitor processes for safety, efficiency, and quality standards
• Enforce safety rules and ensure proper PPE usage
• Supervise and mentor employees across multiple departments
• Oversee inventory of materials and equipment
• Support training, onboarding, and cross‑training initiatives
• Identify workflow challenges and implement process improvements
• Report incidents promptly and ensure corrective actions

• Experience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or similar production
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standardsli>
