AboutThe Role
We are seeking a dedicated Retirement Living Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team south of the river for a 12‑month maternity leave contract.
In this rewarding role, you will work across two villages – Forest Lakes and Solomons Rise (Ferndale), supporting the day‑to‑day operations and ensuring residents enjoy high standards of accommodation and services. You will actively promote resident wellbeing and provide a strong onsite presence, with a focus on resident enquiries and support, directly contributing to the success and efficiency of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Independent Living Units, ensuring residents are welcomed and supported
- Manage resident enquiries and day‑to‑day administration
- Support resident transitions, including onboarding new residents
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Ensure high standards of customer service and village presentation

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have- Experience in retirement living, aged care and/or property management (highly regarded)
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional approach
- Proven experience in day‑to‑day operational coordination
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
