Our popular restaurant is searching for head servers with a welcoming smile and a positive customer service attitude to set the tone for our visitors' dining experience. With you being a head server, your main goal is to maintain the restaurant's flow of productivity while also ensuring all staff and customer issues are tended to in a timely manner. Compensation$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow in the restaurant.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment by supporting team members and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Manage opening and closing procedures with precision, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service and secure at the end of the day.
- Train and mentor new staff, sharing your expertise to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
- Oversee all staff members, ensuring they are properly performing assigned tasks.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a focus on creating positive outcomes for all parties involved.
- Experience in leading a team within the food services industry, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ability to create a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Proven track record of managing opening and closing procedures with attention to detail and security.
- Strong communication skills to effectively mentor and train new staff members, fostering their growth.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
- Experience in coordinating daily restaurant operations and maintaining a seamless workflow.
