About the Role

We are looking for an experienced server to join our team! Someone who is willing to work as a team and work independently when needed. Our popular restaurant is searching for head servers with a welcoming smile and a positive customer service attitude to set the tone for our visitors' dining experience. Our servers are committed to providing a great customer experience to our visitors, and our ideal applicant maintains a cheerful and polite approach toward both guests and employees.

With you being a head server, your main goal is to maintain the restaurant's flow of productivity while also ensuring all staff and customer issues are tended to in a timely manner. Compensation

$16 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow in the restaurant.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment by supporting team members and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures with precision, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service and secure at the end of the day.
  • Train and mentor new staff, sharing your expertise to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Oversee all staff members, ensuring they are properly performing assigned tasks.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a focus on creating positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Qualifications
  • Experience in leading a team within the food services industry, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and positive dining atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.
  • Proven track record of managing opening and closing procedures with attention to detail and security.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively mentor and train new staff members, fostering their growth.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
  • Experience in coordinating daily restaurant operations and maintaining a seamless workflow.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
