Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker who is passionate about contributing to a team and ensuring top-quality products. At Superfeet you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our production process while upholding our high safety and quality standards.

What Youll Do
  • Promote a safety culture; identify and report hazards and help Superfeet maintain a safe workplace
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Assemble products and product parts during assembly
  • Maintain the minimum performance levels with accuracy in regards to packaging gluing labeling setup and custom products
  • Uphold safety and sanitation regulations in the production work area
  • Operate machinery used in the production process
  • Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notify the Production Supervisor of any malfunctions
  • Cross train and work in the shipping department as needed
  • Cross train and work in the custom department as needed
Your

Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Production procedures
  • Skill and accuracy in basic math
  • Ability to maintain daily order requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle the rigors of a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation

$19/hour DOE

Location & Territory

Ferndale WA (On-site)
