Scott Credit Union is hiring a Branch Manager in Ferguson, MO to lead branch operations, guide and develop the frontline team, and support our members while strengthening our connection with the community. Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday;
Saturday rotation as scheduled

Work Location Status: Fully on-site at the Ferguson, MO Branch.

The Branch Manager I and II is responsible for the success of their branch(es). Success is measured by achieving sales goals, operational excellence, and providing an excellent member and employee experience. Branch Managers will use the tools provided by their Regional Manager to coach and develop their staff to educate and engage members, ensuring an outstanding member experience.

• Coach, lead and motivate branch employees to recognize and offer members the products and services that will enhance their financial well‑being. Promote participation in cross‑sales of products and services, including referrals to mortgage, business lending and Retirement and Investment Services; provide training where applicable. Meet with employees regularly on an individual and group basis to establish and reinforce sales/service goals.
• Develop plans and schedules for the efficient use of materials, machines, technological equipment and employees resulting in outstanding service delivery.
• Direct preparation of appropriate accounting records. Recommend budgets to management relative to the physical, human resource, and other costs of the branch operation.
• Set clear expectations for employee performance and responsibilities, coordinate work and procedures, evaluate progress and provide feedback.
• Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous member service. Investigate member concerns, research and finalize a resolution. Ensure expectations are met for member service satisfaction results.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years of diversified experience working in a retail sales or financial services environment
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Minimum two years’ experience providing financial services and deposit products in a customer service environment
• Loan and deposit regulations experience
• Personal computer experience to include Microsoft Office products
• Successful completion of all requirements of the Scott Credit Union Branch Manager Trainee Program
