Building Principal
Compensation is based on the allocation of funds in alignment to the School Improvement Grant. Continued employment is subject to annual evaluation in alignment with this job description and is contingent upon the annual allocation of federal funding for the position.

Salary
: $45 per hour ($27,000 per year maximum) based on education, experience, and certifications
Calendar
: 10-month (August-May)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or math required
- Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Math Education, or related field,
preferred - Knowledge of the Missouri Learning Standards for Mathematics required
- Experience teaching or supporting students in math intervention or special education settings required
- Training in or familiarity with data-driven instructional models (e.g., RTI/MTSS)
preferred
- Valid Missouri teaching certificate in one of the following:
- Elementary Education (1–6) or Special Education Certification with demonstrated math instruction experience.
