- Help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that supports staff, providers, and member retention.
- Assist with compliance workflows, including documentation standards, HIPAA adherence, and safety procedures.
- Participate in meetings focused on best practices, regulatory adherence, and quality improvement.
- Gain exposure to financial reporting, revenue cycle, and center performance metrics under the direction of the Center Administrator.
- Assist with basic tracking and data entry related to operational or performance reporting.
- Foundational understanding of healthcare or customer‑service operations with interest in developing deeper operational knowledge.
- Strong customer service orientation with a warm, professional demeanor focused on senior‑member experience.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into greater responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving orientation, with guidance available from the Center Administrator.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse staff, providers, members, families, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PC skills; willingness to learn new systems (experience with ECW preferred but not required).
- High School Diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, medical clinic, hospitality environment, or comparable service‑oriented field.
- Experience in a lead, senior, or team‑support role preferred but not required; leadership potential is essential.
