Operations Support Lineman

OTP is seeking a full-time Operations Support Lineman, Journeyman Lineman or Well-Qualified Apprentice Lineman to be located in Fergus Falls, MN on our Fergus Falls Aerial Basket Crew.

• Transmission live line work, glove and sleeve work, hot stick work, stringing, construction, maintenance, troubleshooting and retirement.
• Operation and transport of all applicable tools, materials, and vehicles required, such as buckets, diggers, stringing equipment, large tire, tracked, or amphibious vehicles.

• Diploma from an accredited line worker program.
• Valid, unrestricted interstate commercial driver’s license.
• Knowledge of electric line construction, maintenance and repair.
• Barehand and Class 4 certification.
• Step 5 Apprentice Lineman minimum.
• Willingness to work outdoors in any weather, climb, and get along well with others.

The expected base compensation for this role is $92,000 - $115,000 USD annually. Benefits include employee stock ownership options, retirement savings fund with employer match, health insurance plan options and more.
