We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills, and the ability to provide customers with an excellent level of service. This fast‑paced environment involves varied daily store operations.

• Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
• Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Responsible for store opening and closing.
• Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and initiative required; train and motivate staff.
• Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
• Availability to work any hours the store is open.
