Home Care Visit Nurse – Fergus Falls
New Dimensions Home Health Care is expanding our services and hiring a Full‑time or Part‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to work with clients in the Fergus Falls area. The schedule is flexible: weekday hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Job OverviewKey responsibilities include conducting INR draws, setting up and monitoring medication regimens, acting as a liaison between clients and their physicians, documenting assessments, and supervising Patient Care Aides (PCAs). The ideal candidate is organized, possesses strong assessment skills, and can work independently.
Qualifications- Registered Nursing credential (RN)
- Experience performing INR draws and medication management
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and supervise PCAs
