Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Fergus Falls – 80 Hours Biweekly
Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to perform a wide range of clearly defined analyses at acceptable levels of competency and on a timely basis. The role requires independent judgment delegated by the supervisor, professional communication with patients, co‑workers, and physicians, and accurate documentation when assisting or carrying out physician orders. The technician will also be knowledgeable of resources available within the clinic and throughout the community to provide optimum medical care to patients and their families.
ShiftSchedule
PM shifts, 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, 80 hours biweekly.
CompensationHourly wage range: $26.40–$33.79 (final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations).
