Supervisor, Electronic Assembly

Our winning team is built by continuous investment in skills development, leadership and well-being. We have an opening at our Fergus Falls Facility for an Electronics Assembly Supervisor.

The Electronics Assembly Supervisor will oversee the assembly of standard, and specialty, Stonel electronic components and related items. He or she will assist with quality testing, electronic assembly automation, and participate in all company initiatives. The successful candidate will also work closely with the electronic assembly manager to facilitate day to day staff tasking in order to meet production scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the assembly of electronic products per scheduled order

* Coordinate and release of orders through MRP system

* Assist with new product transition into manufacturing

* Seeks out mechanical and process improvements

* Perform quality inspections as required

* Participates in company 6S initiatives

* Programming and maintenance of automated and test equipment

* Facilitates staff task assignments to meet production scheduling

* Perform annual reviews with electronic assembly staff
